Aero-aqua dynamic Kitchen knives!

The blade is deeply engraved and not simply marked on the surface as is the case with most knives; the delicate and extremely detailed engraving is then carefully lacquered by hand. Its blade made of Mox tempered steel is finished with an extremely robust PVD treatment that provides exceptional corrosion resistance. This treatment makes the blades as black as the handle, which creates a continuity between the two parts of the knife, giving it a sleek, bold yet soft shape... like a glimmering cetacean jumping out of the water to reveal its aero-aqua dynamic shape!

Extremely ergonomic kitchen knives

Designer Bruno Moretti came to observe the work taking place in the kitchen and discovered that cooks are capable of keeping the same knife in their hands for hours. He noted that chefs often press their index finger along the back of the blade to enable them to perform strong, precise gestures as they wield the knife. It was also noted that their hand or finger sometimes slid on the knife. Moretti also observed that depending on the size and shape of the chef’s hand some handles were more suitable for various use than others. This spurred him on to create extremely comfortable and ergonomic knives designed with the cook in mind. The handles of these knives are much larger than the standard size handle, which offers the same level of comfort for everyone despite hand size because the knife handles can be held at different areas of the handle thereby accommodating all hand sizes. The bolster is inclined at a 45° angle to provide better protection for the cutting hand. The spine of the blade has been softened to reduce any possible pain due to prolonged usage.
